Out of nothing…

Out of nothing comes something. That’s the thing about nothing, it can’t stay ‘nothing’ forever. Something will fill the void – something that we didn’t notice was surrounding it, something that we didn’t notice that was growing in it, something that we never believed might evolve from it. From nothing, something will emerge.

In the darkness you can best see the light. Little twinkles of light, that aren’t as strong and aren’t as bright, still make an effort to shine. The smallest spark desperately wants to be noticed for the little it was able to offer. Dim the light and see the unseen, see the wonders waiting to be noticed.

Drowned in boredom you can create ideas of interest. The frustration from the nothingness motivates you to bring forth the “something-ness”. Don’t search for a distraction from the boredom, create something of significance, create the inspiration, create the reason you will not be succumbed to boredom again.

In the silence you can hear celestial sounds. The rustling of leaves, the swishes of the tiniest waves, the heartbeat of the person you love – these are all amplified, when the noise around you is muted. Embrace the silence so the sound of all that is gentle, beautiful and meaningful is on blast.

In the solitude you can find G-d. Even when you are alone, you are never alone. The questions of why you are here, why were you born, what is your purpose in life are most painfully asked when you feel secluded from the world. And the answers cannot be understood from reading a book, or hearing a person’s advice – the answers are understood only when you embrace a higher purpose for your existence, a purpose that far exceeds any man’s limited comprehension of the world, a purpose that was entrusted in you from the One that brought you to existence.

See the gaps, hear the quiet, surrender to the vacuum that lures you in… and there find the meaning, the inspiration, the Divine – find the reason you are here and know that you matter.
